- When registering for an auction, any changes to the name or pickup location will automatically create a new account. Identical names and pickup locations will result in the accounts being merged.
- The auction credit will be applied to any new created unpaid invoices. However, multiple accounts under the same name cannot automatically share the credit. If you wish to apply the auction credit to a different account, please contact Customer Support for a manual adjustment.
- If you need to use a different email address, please create a new account to avoid confusion with previous invoices.
- If you need to delete any card from your account, please contact Customer Support. This action is irreversible, and the card cannot be added again in the future. Please note that to keep your account active, ensure that at least one credit card is available.
- If you are unable to register for the auction or place a bid, please take a screenshot and send it to Customer Support for further assistance.
