How can I track the status of my order?

• A link with the tracking number for your order history will be included in the email notification once the order preparation has started.
• Pickup in the Edmonton area will be ready within three days, while deliveries to other branches may take up to two weeks. Each store will begin checking in the items upon receipt, and the corresponding tracking number will be included in the delivery notification email.
• If an item is out of stock during packing, this information will be noted next to the corresponding tracking number. Please check for updates to stay informed.
• If the delivery notification shows a pickup location that is not as expected, please contact Customer Support promptly.
• To confirm the destination of the package, please refer to the location listed in the last entry on the invoice.
