A credit memo will be attached to the email notifying you of the credit issued to your account.
Referring to the bottom-right corner of the credit memo: 'Total' indicates the full auction credit amount issued for this item, while 'Total Credit' reflects the remaining auction credit available on the memo. If there is an unpaid invoice, the auction credit will be automatically applied to the outstanding balance, which may result in the 'Total Credit' appearing lower than the 'Total'.
Referring to the invoice created after the credit memo has been issued: 'Total' represents the full invoice amount, 'Payment' shows the amount applied (which reflects your credit), and 'Balance Due' indicates the remaining amount you need to pay.
For accurate information regarding your remaining credit, please contact Customer Support or speak with a live agent.
