If I win an item but decide not to keep it, what are my options?

Please note that Mega Savers Outlet does not allow bid removal. Requests to cancel an order will incur a 30% restocking fee per item (with a minimum fee of $15 per item), plus applicable taxes.

• If you contact us within one day of winning an item, we will cancel the order and prevent it from being shipped to the designated pickup location. After deducting the restocking fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
• If the item has already been shipped, the restocking fee will be applied once we confirm the item has arrived at the designated store, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• If you decide not to keep the item after pickup, the restocking fee will be charged upon return, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
